The heart of Copernicus lies in our visitors. We take pride in the trust you have placed in us. It is for you that we enhance exhibitions, design new exhibits, and rearrange spaces. The first five years of Copernicus' operations (2010–2015) were a time of intensive learning for us. We had the opportunity to analyze how our ideas worked in practice and how to respond to emerging new needs. In 2015, enriched by this experience, we embarked on a multi-year process of transforming our exhibition spaces and exhibits.

During this period, we sought unconventional ideas, underwent training, continuously tested new solutions, and closely collaborated with science centers in Europe and around the world. We opened new spaces: laboratories, the Robotic Theater, the High Voltage Theater, the Majsternia, the rooftop garden, and the Wytwórnia. We introduced new elements to our offerings: science shows, workshops within the exhibition space, and concerts in the planetarium. Our top priority was to ensure our guests had optimal comfort during their visit and to create an environment conducive to learning and acquiring new skills. We consulted with our visitors, evaluated exhibitions, and assessed the organization of spaces.
